Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

Um hi I'm a low level but interested in the side quest when trying the enter the mages guild and while on the quest he told me to get the book at the cloud top but I gave the book to earana'a and she gave me note of how to learn a magic spell but I need to find a welkynd stone. She also said that one could be obtained at the ayleid ruins. Can anyone please tell me where to find a stone or the location of the ayleid ruins. Thank you

One of the ruins is across the lake from the imperial sewers where you started the game.fast travel there and cross the lake.this ruin is huge and has many traps,bandits,zombies,skeletons, and a necromancer.

Don't die.Theres great treasure here too(an ayeleid statue and varla stone).

Pretty much ANY ayleid ruin has welkynd stones, just need to find one, and may I make I suggestion?? Wait until your level has risen before acquiring the "special" spell. WHY? Because in my 1st game I aqcuired the "special" spell at lv 25 and it was a 200 damage spell in 20 ft. 2nd game I got the spell asap and it was a 80 damage in 10 ft. It's up to you, either way you won't b able to cast it until much later in the game.
