Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

I'm trying to find the umbra (or something like that) armor and sword, but I can't find them. I'm at the old bridge, and I know to head west, but do I follow the path or go west without it? Also how far to I go?

Can you even sell the armor? I know you can't sell the sword because it's a quest item, but what about the rest of the stuff?

You just go towards vanweasel in the direction that you've headed but it's guarded by mages and daedra so just kill them.

Go inside and follow the path until you reach a room with a women named umbra in it shes wielding the sword umbra and has very high health and has on the 2nd best armor in the game so good luck killing her.

(Just get on the pillar in the middle of the room and she can't reach you)Also go to the market district and go into rindirs staffs and buy alpotholypse. It kills umbra in 4 hits.(save before you fight her).
