Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
I've completed almost everything, I'm doing the Thieves Guild now, and I am completely stuffed! I need to find a book for that ugly Argonian woman, someplace in Skingrad. I had to free some guy from a jail cell, and when I did he told me that a pale woman came and dragged away an Argonian that was in the cell with him. Okay... Now there is NOTHING to do. Stupid ugly Argonian woman wont say anything other than 'Have you recovered the (insert book title here) for me?' and I can't find the stupid thing ANYWHERE!? Can someone tell me who the pale woman is (though I've killed almost everyone in the game...) thanks a heap to any champ that can figure it out!

From what I remember there is a prison in the castle where the pale woman keeps the Argonian, I'm sure the door to the secret prison is hidden in the basement. (I'm sure the lever to unlock the door is inside a broken barrel!)

At the end of the little cell thing where you can choose to let that one Nord ( I think) prisoner go, you know, where all the cells are. Go to the end of that thing. There is something you can activate there that will let you open a secret passage. Follow this new passage. When you come to the end you will see the Pale Woman and you will need to sneak past her. Free the Argonian, Amusei, and when the Pale Woman attacks just kill her, you will not be penalized. Now pretty much run the rest of the way out of the castle and go down the road a little bit. Any guards that are following you will stop and you will learn where the book is. I hope this helped.

Look for a trail of blood on the walls and floors of the dungeon. Activate the candle at the far end to open a door and go from there.

It's in the wine cellar in the back corner where the bllod stains are u'll see a candel stick on the wall activate it and it opens a hidden door, just be prepared to fight her and she is a vampire.
