I presume you want the unbreakable lock pick, I just asked around Leyawiin and someone gave me directions to there house, once you spoken to the thieves you need to spy on them and they give away the location of a mine where the eye of nocturnal is kept!

If you want people to like your answers more, then I suggest you make then more descriptive. DANdaFATman69 answered:
Once you start the quest just go to weebam-na's house in leyawin, talk to them, sneak behind the bed and Bam, you get the location.
