Can you steal the xarxes book or watever it's called that is in the mythic dawn cult cave place without bein detected P.S I'm low level sneak

No, you can't unfortunatly. I have never found a way to. Possibly with a telekenesis spell but I doubt you can. Two or three people always stay in the room where the book is. But if you wait a while up in the top layer of the place, after Mankar leaves, the four students leave shortly after. So there's only those two or three left in there to deal with at once.

I don't think so beacuse when the head of the mithic dawn telrports away he leaves the book behind and when you try to get it everybody attacks you

You probably can if you have a level 100 chameleon spell or something that is enchanted chameleon 100%. That way you can still pick up stuff but still be practically invisible.
