Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
Hi! I'm right now doing some quests at the mage's guild, and I'm stuck on that quest where you must go to a mine named Vahtacen. There is a big stone-thing that you must cast spells at! Fire, frost, a spell who give magic and a spell who take magic! Where do I find spells that take and give magic!?!
Please answer..

In that small room before you go into the columns room there is a chest close by the person standing there that has a drain magic and an increase magic. I'm not sure if it has a frost scroll but every character already has the fire (flare magic spell).

You can find most of them if not all in a chest near the guy you give the scroll to.
