Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

Hey I've been looking at all the questions and still havent found my answer:

Ive became a vampire and now I don't want to be one, someone said that I just need garlic and so I ate about 1000 pieces and still was one... And also I herd of a quest but in my quest menu there isint anything about it...
Can anyone help me please?

Talk to a preist about A cure for Vamprism and he will direct you to Ramolis Polomis at Arcane university and he says talk to Count of Skingrad (you need to talk to his steward to talk to him.) Then you get a quest. ONE LAST THING: do NOT do the quest after the main storyline. After you close the Oblivion Gates, there is a bug that won't let you complete the quest (trust me I found the bug on a website and though that they were lieing but I tryed it because I became a Vampire after I completed almost the whole game (All guilds and main storyline) and the bug happened to me. The bug is later in the quest you have to give a witch 2 shoots of bloodgrass and she won't take them after you beat the main storyline.)
