Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

I have had oblivion for about 3 weeks but I can't figure out how to fast travel. If you know how please tell me!

Press B and at the bottom of your scerrn you will see a row of pictures the same as the ones you see when playing the game. Use LT or RT to move from one section to the next. Scroll to the far right and you will see that above the bottom row of sections you will see five sub sections which are, from left to right, a map of the area you are in, a map of the province od cyrodiil, your active quest, your current quests , and your completed quests. Go to the map of cyrodiil and use the left thumb stick to maove the curosor to the area you want and press A to travel. Note: you cannot travle to locations you have not yet found.

Bring up your inventory (default button is Y), and go to your map (the world map) use the right stick to move the cursor over a location (the little symbols) and press A, then say YES.

NOTE:

You can't travel to places you havent found
You can't travel from inside a building
You can't travel if youre taking damage - This only really ever happens if your a vampire, meaning you can't travel during daylight
You can't travel if enemies are nearby, or if any guards are actively chasing you
