Ok I have fenced 600 plus for the thieves guild but for some reason I aint getting a messenger from the gray fox? Help please any input be appreciatedSmile

Try to wait inside the Imperial City and sleep alot, the messenger (Who will most likely be Amusei) will not show up right away, you have to be sleeping in order for him to find you the fastest.

will he still come to you if you sleep in a pub? im a vamp so if i sleep outside ill fry

Yes if you sleep in a pub he will still be able to find you.

Just keep fencing I thought you had to fence 1200 but anyways you may have to sleep
