Extras not working

So i had a copy of oblivion and broke it and i recently borrowed my friends copy and it was the game of the year addition and the "Knights of the nine" and "The shivering isles" extras are not working and im wondering if theres a way i can fix this.

Are you sure its game of the year edition and not just the expansion pack? Because the expansion requires the main game disc to play.
