Umbra. Umbra is a leveled sword which can be obtained in an ayleid ruin (sorry I forgot the name), you can get it during the daedric shrine quest for Clavicus Vile or before and it does it's damge is 33 at 125% repaired and also it doesn't weigh anything.

A 125% repaired Perfect madness sword enchanted with a Damage 25 HP sigil stone.

Most people will say umbra is the best but if you get your self a full grand soul gem and enchant the best sword you have and enchant it with the best damage and drain and absorb health you can put on it.
