Everybody fears me and im not a Vampire. Why??
When I want to talk to somebody they just tell me to go away beacause they don't want nothing to do with the likes of me and other simular replies. I am no Vampire nor sick. This happened right afther I killed the fellow from the arrow of extrication. I don't know what to do, because I can't even continue my quests...

I don't know whats wrong with your character but if you get a spell that increases your personality or other spells that have to do with how much people like you all you have to do is use it I'm a vampire and everytime that happens thats what I do and it works

If you have a bounty people generally hate you and if your infamy is really high but your fame is low you will also be hated. You also might have contracted a disease or have a low personality.
