During the boots of springheel jack, I accendentlly killed someone so I was kicked out. I got the boot though and when I went to give the boots to the Gray Fox I had to pay my blood price. I went to the waterfront and payed and got my reward but I can't go any farther in the storyline. I don't know what to do, please help!

Try googling UESP, it should take you to a page for all things elder scrolls, if you can't find it there I don't know what to do.
