How or where do I get better spells for conjuration because I can only summon the skeleton and it sucks please help

The mages guild in Chorrol specialises in Conjuration and Bruma has a few too. I don't think you need to be a member to buy spells but if you not and you are a mage character I suggest you join as entrance to the Arcane Univerity is very usefuk as you can then enchant weapons and armour and make your own spells.
