Can anyone tell me how to get the glass warhammer. The orc in the area has it! :)

You can....

1. Kill the Orc
2. Buy one
3. Do some quests and you eventually find one

I suggest 3.

If you get in sneak mode and kill him without being noticed you can kill him without being caught
I found one doing a deadric shrine mission for malacath(north on anvil)
