Hey is it possible to do an extra quest for the shadowscales if you have an argonian with the sign "The Shdow"?

OK it took an hour of searching but I found the answer. No.
This thread at silgrad.com is talking about a PC mod that adds quests for the shadowsscales. So the only way you can get it is if you have the PC version of the game and download it.
