Being a vampire

I'm stuck I reaaly want to progress in the dark brotherhood and am on to the mission where I need to kill everyone but I have not done the vampire quest (i know there are easier ways but I want to complete the quest) but the problem is that he wont give the quest to me I have his disposition to 100 and I've done everything else for him little help anyone?

I think that if you kill him you can get vampirism from the count of Skingrad I'm not sure completly buy theres a quest to help him cure it.

And by the way you don't have to have 100 disposition you just have to his contracts all by completing the bonus parts like the accident one don't kill the mansevant if you kept doing them you will get it.

It's easy to contract vampirism if you have no resistance to disease, just go to a dungeon with vampires in it and let them hit you for a while, you'll eventually contract phrphyric heamophilia or somthin' , when you do, wait 3 days, then sleep and you'll be a vampire, if you can't find a vampire dungeon, just go to bloodcrust cavern near castle skingrad
