Spartan 085 answered:

There are no Daedric quests available to your character at level 12. The next highest level that you can gain a Daedric quest on is level 15.

I'll give you a complete list of the Daedric Shrine quests and their respected rewards.

Quest Artifact Level
Azura Azura's Star 2
Boethia Goldbrand 20
Clavicus Vile Masque of Clavicus Vile 20
Hermaeus More Oghma Infinium 20*
Hircine Savior's Hide 17
Malacath Volendrung 10
Mephala Ebony Blade 15
Meridia Ring of Khajiiti 10
Molag Bal Mace of Molag Bal 17
Namira Ring of Namira 5
Nocturnal Skeleton Key 10
Peryite Spell Breaker 10
Sanguine Sanguine Rose 8
Sheogorath Wabbajack 2
Vaermina Skull of Corruption 5

*The Hermaeus Mora quest is the very last quest you can accept.

Azura's shrine is in the Jerall Mountains north of Lake Arrius, which is north-northeast of Cheydinhal in the northeast part of the map near the borders of Skyrim and Morrowind. You must offer a piece of glow dust at dawn or dusk to begin the quest.

Boethia's shrine is in the far southeast corner of the map. If you've visited Drakelowe on the upper Corbolo River, you'll cut your trek across the difficult terrain in half. You must bring the offering of a Daedra Heart to being the quest.

Clavicus Vile is the closest shrine to your starting point in the Imperial City at the beginning of the game. You'll find it just to west of the Imperial City enclosed by the northern loop that's made up by the Gold and Red Ring Roads. You must have 500 gold to "transact business" with the god.

Hircine's shrine is east on the Red Ring Road by the Ayleid ruin of Sardavar Leed, once there you can just head up the hill south-southeast to the shrine. When at the shrine, tell the Khajiit, Vajhira that you are a hunter. She prompts you to offer a Bear or Wolf pelt to the shrine.

The shrine of Malacath is just north of Anvil. If you proceed out of the city gates, march north and you'll find Lord Drad's Estate. Go around the hill north-northwest and you'll find the shrine. You must make an offering of Troll fat to begin this quest.

Mephala is nearest the Roxey Inn near the northeast corner of Lake Rumare. Fast travel to the Roxey Inn and head up the hillside to the northeast, the shrine is just at the top. You must make an offering of Nightshade between midnight and dawn in order to begin the quest.

Meridia is closest to the city of Skingrad near the western side. If you proceed out of the gates of Skingrad and go north-northwest from there, you'll find Meridia's shrine between Cursed Mine and Shardrock farm. When you speak to the Breton, Basil Ernarde, you'll find out that Meridia hates the undead. You must make an offering that comes from their remains. This shrine will actually accept two seperate items, bonemeal from Skeleton or ectoplasm from a Ghost.

Molag Bal's shrine is west of the Imperial City. If you head straight west from the bridge from the Talos Plaza District, you'll first find Breakneck Cave and then the Ayleid ruin of Narfinsel. Head southeast from Narfinsel to find the shrine in the clearing of woods. You must make an offering of a mountain lion pelt to be able to begin the quest.

Namira is east-southeast of Bruma. You'll find that most of the time, unless you've been playing the game and are fond of the dark values, that you are "too pretty" to speak to the Daedric god. You must make yourself "loathsome" by lowering your Personality stat to a value of 20. Go figure.

Noctrunal's shrine is just up the road that runs east of the Upper Niben from Leyawiin. This shrine requires no offering in order to begin the quest.

Peryite's shrine is on the southeast bank of the Silverfish River that's east of the Imperial Bridge Inn. This shrine requires no offering in order to begin the quest.

Sanguine's shrine is close to the road that you follow when you just get away from the Imperial City dungeons at the beginning of the game. When you travel the road from Weynon Priory to Kvatch, you'll actually come across it yourself. The shrine is just southwest of the Weatherleah estate. You must offer a portion of Cyrodillic brandy to the Daedric god to be able to begin this quest.

Sheogorath's shrine is near the Elsweyr border a little bit less than halfway between Bravil and Leyawiin. Follow the road south-southeast out of Bravil and when it reaches the Ayleid ruin of Bawn, it will turn southwest, cross a nameless river and drops down a hill north of Fort Nomore. Head southwest after you pass that fort and you'll see the statue of the Madgod Himself. You must supply a triple offering of a head of lettuce, a Lesser Soul Gem, and yarn to begin the quest.

Vaermina's shrine is southwest of Cheydinhal on the eastern shore of Lake Poppad. You must provide the offering of a Grand Black Soul Gem to begin the quest. Hermaeus Mora is the final quest that you can complete for the Daedric shrines. However, you must not only have completed all other 14 Daedric quests but you must also have reached the "Blood of the Daedra" portion of the Main questline, in which you're assigned to collect a Daedric artifact. This way you have at least one artifact for the Main quest as some people are careless with their Daedric loot and use it for gold.

You'll find the shrine of Hermaeus Mora is deep within the western Jerall Mountains. It's possible to climb the slopes of the mountains in order to reach the top and continue along the peaks until you reach the shrine but you can also approach from the southwest from the Vampire lair called Lipsand Tarn. The easiest path would be fast-traveling to the main quest dungeon of Sancre Tor and you'll find the path, a slope, that begins northwest of said dungeon. On this path, you'll battle some critters on your way to the top. The next path would be on the stone valley floor west east of the Ayleid ruin of Ninendava on the south side of the mountain that's south of Echo Cave. On said path you'll find Bandits as well as critters, but it's much easier to lose your way on this path.

Hermaeus Mora requires no offering but he'll start you out on your quest by providing your a special Soul Trap spell and commissions you to collect ten souls, a soul from each living race. You can go about killing and starting a frenzy all you want but the easiest way to collect the ten souls would be to travel to each of the Daedric shrines one last time and just start brutalizing the shrine's followers as each of the ten races are in at least one of the shrines. Why else kill these poor souls? For one, they are out of the way of society so it's not likely that you'll be caught and thrown in jail, but also because they are lightly armed and those characters serve no futher purpose in the game once you've completed their shrine quest.
