Thieves guild, Theiving

I can't seem to find the Theives Guild can someone please tell me where it is, And how do you theive picking locks wont help because they never stick and I have to use the auto-try.

Check out the posters around the City, then talk to a beggar. Raise their disposition over 70, then ask about the Gray Fox. Then go to the Waterfront District around midnight, and head for the slums. Talk to the people gathered here, near the campfire.

You secure a tumbler in place when picking a lock with the A button. If the tumbler can be secured, there'll be 2 clicks. You can hear this better if you look away from the screen.
It becomes easier as you gain experience in Security, which is easy if you pick Easy locks (set 1 of the 2 tumblers, exit, then try again).

Okay oblivion 12 will help you you know where the water front district in impeirial city (impeirial city southwest look like an island just look at all the districts till you find it)well go there and you will see a lighthouse turn around till you find a wall there will be openings go through there and look around untill you find a small village go north westish to a fence behind an abandoned house at midnight and there will be a woman, a guy in armor with a torch and an argonian talk to the guy in armor and there you go
