How do I actually pick locks, I sometimes get lucky on the easy ones, but don't understand what I did.
Also can someone tell me how to get to the waterfront garden or whatever it's called because I got the letter from the theif but can't find the garden in the imperial section. Give directions please.

When picking a lock you push up on the anlog stick then press the a button when the thing that goes up is at it's highest point...and as for the waterfront garden you're on you're own I'm clue less.. Srry.

You will successfully secure a tumbler into place if you hear 2 clicks as it reaches the top. To hear it, look away from the screen and listen for it.
To find the garden in the Imperial City, go to the Waterfront District. Then go to the campfire in the slums at night. It's near Armand Christophe's house.

It's the Imperial Waterfront and he is behind one of the houses with a lit torch at midnight.
