I was traveling around for a while and I came across a place called Arkved's tower but der iz no door to go in can anyone tell me what this place iz xD

Arkved's Tower is the site for the Daedric quest "Vaermina." When you're ready to begin the Daedric quests, and you'll want to make sure you really are ready, speak to Ontus Vanin in the Talos Plaza to get the location of the Vaermina Shrine. It's southwest of Cheydinhal on the shore of Lake Poppad. If you're at least level five, you can begin the quest.
You may want to complete the Mages Guild quests BEFORE you begin this quest, it's a little bit tougher if you don't.

The reason that there is no door for you is that it is a quest-related zone and it is a lot bigger inside than you probably realize. I am pretty sure that it has seven or eight zones inside it once you enter it for the quest.
