O.K I bought the nights of the nine game on xbox live but I can't play it can anyone tell me please????????

For the Knights of the Nine and Shivering Isles, it isn't an option in the main menu. All you have to do to start the KotN is to be outside of Anvil and then walk into town and ask about Rumors around town. They'll explain about terrible happenings at the Chapel of Dibella, thus starting your quest.

To start the Knights of the nine questline just load up one of your game saves and go to the town of Anvil. There should be a priest across from the Chapel of Dibella speak to him to start the quest.
When he asks if you have any claim to fame say that you have no claim to fame and he will give you a map of all the shrines to start the quest.
