help me please
Well I'm still level one, and I have like 50 destruction and high stats, and the bar to next level is all red, and has been for a while, do I have to do something special?Please help and thanks in advance.

Once the next level bar is filled, you need to sleep. There are tons of Bedrolls that don't belong to anyone, like in the Market District's Sewers in the Imperial City.

You need to sleep in a bed or bedroll, I go to the camps which are dotted all over the place, if there are bandits there, kill them and then sleep in their bed.
