Go exploring. When you do you will increase your athletics and you can jump around to increase acrobatics. Battle everything you see with a bow and blunt weapon. Use heavy armor when you fight. If you have a lot of health potions just let yourself get hit a lot. That way you can increase your heavy armor skill and repair your stuff to increase your armorer skilll
Try getting training from somebody or use skill books. For skills like acrobatics, athletics and restoration, just keep running or jumping while casting restoration spells. You should get armourer every time you repair equipment and blunt, marksman and heavy armour evry time you fight.
Hope this helps!
For blunt go to the arena with a blunt weapon restoration keep using a health spell while by one of youre beds heavy armo same with blunt atletics keep running or go swimming marksman use your bow in the wild acraboatics keep jumping and armor use the disenragtation spells on armor and weapons
Use the dupe glitch geting items that sell for 1k (1000gp)each go to a shop dupe it there pcik them up then sell then 1 at a time then find a trainer pay for lessons you can only get 5 a day then pay for 5 sleep and repeat then in like 10 minutes you will be a master in that skill. But you have to change trainer for each skill rank , novice , apprentice , journeyman , expert , and master trainer becomes a quest once high enough.
