I haave oblvion so if I get knights of the nine do I have to make a new charcter

Nope. You sure don't you keep everything you got on you before you download it so all your stats and thing will be the same all nights of the nine is is 1 quest and a set of armour...

No. You can use the same characters with all current stats and equipment
