blackwood company information gathering

I had a quest in glademist cave to bring one of the leaders of blackwood company to choral and I got hit by 2 of his guards and when the hit me it dropped my stats stregth intel wisdom and agility down considerably low, and I cannot get them top go back up to there origional number. What can I do to fix this problem?

Use restore potion/spell/scroll.

Use a restore strength potion, scroll, spell, or get healed at a chapel.
