You can find them in the fighters guild and the mages guild. The ones in the mages guild are worth picking because of soul gems and scrolls, but don't bother with the ones in the fighters guild because they only contain replicas which are useless.

It depends on what kind of display case you want if you want to steal or get sumthing from it you can go to almost any store or guild but, if you want to have a display case to put stuff in just upgrade you're house.

It get most display case's you need to buy a house like skingrad or chydenhal (spelling) and then do to the right store to buy the upgrades for your house
