I heard that their was a vampire hunters group. Does anyone know of it. If so can you join?

There are vampire hunters who come to Skingrad to take out a den of them at Bloodcrust Cave, but you can't join them although you can get to the vampires first. The Count is a vampire so you have to get rid of the hunters before they find out.

There are vampire hunters in the game in various locations and there are a few quests concerning vampire hunters (more on the expansion pack) however you cannot join them.

There is a certain quest in the imperial city that when you complete it you can become a vampire hunter.

Yes. Its in emperial city, and it's called: Order of the Virtuas Blood. (srry, might not have been spelled right.
