I got this metal staff or something and it's called wabbajack and it says it wabbajacks on target what does that mean???????

The wabbajack is obtained after completing the sheogorath daedric shrine quest.....it essentially turns non-npc caracters (including the gatekeeper)into another random creature for 10 secs. It is highly unpredictable .....when sheogorath says "i can turn you into a goat" thats pretty much what the wabbajack does .....it's best uses come at later levels when you could wabbajack an ogre into a sheep making it much easier to kill.....it also makes a popular sacrifice for the blood of the daedra quest .....also if you try to complete the shrine quest after you stopped the graymarch and became the madgod when you'll activate the shrine haskill will say something like "talking to yourself?, my lord" lol

Yes I agree I have done all the shrine quests. I am an expert at Oblivion
