Where to get a glass bow

Glass bows and the other glass gear will be available once you reach a certain level (level 12 I think) it will commonly be found on bandits and it random loot although I am not sure if they will be sold at shops (dont think so) but they are fairly common and shouldnt have any trouble finding one once you reach level 12
