In the quest where you have to kill Valen Dreth is there another way to get to his cell besides goig through the sewers? I have the imperial prison and the skeleton keys but they don't work. My sneak lvl is really low like novice or apprentice and every time I sneak past a guard they run after me after I've gone like a mile away. Plaese Help!!!!!!
