It is found in Harcane Grove, protected by three Minoutaurs of the Grove.

I believe one is south or southeast of The Inn of Ill Omen

Secv is right, but you will have to use calm and charm spells because it will attack you on sight, if you manage to do this then it will let you ride on it, just like a horse.
