Cure For Vampirism

I've contracted vampirism and I'm sick of it at the moment. My question is: Is there a cure for vampirism if so please tell me what it is how to un-contract it or something please!!

If possible, talk to the vampire in in the dark brotherhood sancuary about it and it will start the quest, in not possible just start over, and if it isss possible your still not going to be able to finish the quest, it realllllyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy hard.

Yes vincent of the dark brotherhood will give the info you need if you killed him already then go to the arcane university and speak with the mage inside the lobby (forgot his name) he will also tell you how. They will tell you, you need to visit a witch and she'll cure for you , sounds ease, well it aint!! You will need to acquire several rare ingredients (nightshade,bloodgrass etc.) and bring them to her. Now PAY VERY CLOSE ATTENTION to the order of the ingredients as they appear on your screen you WILL have to give her the ingredients in the PRECISE order as they appear on your screen, otherwise the game will bug and you will be unable to complete therefore unable to cure the disease remaining undead for the entire game.

Go to arcane university and talk to Polius(misspell). You should be able to take it from there.
