Well you can't duplacate sigal stones they best way to find them is to do the gates thats the only way you can get them I think the best light armrer is elven that should start showing up you will have to kill people to get that
You can't find that in the shops umbra is a shine look for clavicus vile it is down in bettween the splits of two roads down towards bravil

I've never seen it possible to dupe sigil stones. Just get them from the Oblivion gates. The best light armor is probably the Mythril armor, but I'm not sure what level that starts showing up at. I've seen it on Mauraders, Vampires, and in chests. The Umbra you can get at anytime. Its inside an Ayeliad ruin called Vindasel near Bravil. Umbra herself is the only non-level specific enemy in the game. She'll be tough at any level, but stay healed, try to attack from afar, and you should fine. She also has a full set of Ebony armor, so get that at a level before ebony armor even shows up and your set. The sword can also be picked up on a quest for Clavicus Vile. Don't go near the shrin and the sword is weightless. Go to the shrine and deny the sword to him, and it's around 45 pounds.

I duplicate sigil stones all the time. I use the UN-patched scroll glitch not the bow and arrow glitch though. The best way to get them is if you have the wizards tower. If you do get all of you items out and stand in the garden. Then save and delete the tower(you can get it back for free).

Now you should be standing in one of the testing sites for the game if not you should at least see a small light. If you see the light jump and swing your weapon towards it you will eventually appear into a house. Leave this house and go into one of the other three. You will see a dark oblivion area. At the top there is a sigil stone. Grab it and leave QUICKLY because you will keep getting one of every stone as long as you are in there. There is also the mace of doom by the fire outside.
