Ok I also got kicked out in the same way but I am back in now here is what I did I went to the main ingredient at the imperial city he sells those ingredients so I bought 1 of each and I duplicated them to make more then enough to fill the quota that is how I got back in

Or you can go to Fort Redwater by the Panther River for the Dragon's Tongue and the Redwort flowers are higly concentrated just South-East of Feildhouse Cave,wich is easiest to get to if you go to the Drunken Dragon Inn from the Dark Brotherhood quest Next of Kin and head south.The flowers are kind of hard to spot.
