How can I find a willow wisp I need the dust from one for the deadra god quest please help????

I think they are usually around swamps or if you want to(this will probly take awile)do the fighters guild till the mission where people have been dissipering
And seeing strange lights those strange lights are will-o-wisps

At the shrine of azura there should be one around the shrine somewhere

U don't have to just get the star there are I think about 6 or 7 other things you can get from other shrines where you don't have to have an offering just do an easy quest.
