how to get a black soul gem

I need to know know how to get a black soul gem besides at the alter at dark fissure. If that is the only way how do you do it. Thanks in advance

It is the only way to do it and you put in regular grand soul gems in the alter
And cast your soul trap spell on it

There are other alters but dark fissure is the easyest one to find. Once a week place a empty grand soul gem in it then hit it with a soul trap spell.

Ok these other to ppl are wrong. If you're at dark fissure every 8th day a faint purple beam of light shows on the alter thats when you put the gem in then cast soul trap but if you mess up calculations just wait till night everyday and test the alter bcuz you can't really see the purple light. YW
