Question for Need for Speed: Most Wanted

I picked a ? From one of the people and it said I could get one car of my choice out of the police impound lot but I don't know how to get there to gt it. Someone help

Maybe it is for your car if you get caught by the police and they impound your car you get to get it out for free. No admission. Nada. Zilch.
