Question for Need for Speed: Most Wanted

All right - I must be stupid!! I have been in over 90 pursuits and have never logged either a speeding or recless driving infraction. Additionally, I have only one excessive speeding infraction (and don't know how I got it!). What do I have to do to?? I am at JV and can't get the milestone for 6 infractions.

A speeding infraction or excesive speeding infraction is recieved by going over 200 mph you idiot
