Well the other three are random. You can always choose a performance part, which helps with the upgrading of your car. You can always go for the pink slip, you have a 66% chance of getting the car. It's your choice, you'll either get a lot of money, a nice get out of jail free card, or a brand new car.

You can choose any, the markers do not follow a certain pattern that is discernable to the players. So it's only a matter of luck to get the result someone tells you you will get by picking a certain marker. If you're ever unsure, I just pick the middle one :D
