easier?

Is it easier to get away from cop chases on small streets or freeways, I got buds that say both.. I'm stuck on the number 4 of the blacklist and I can't do the dam milestone things...

I, personaly think highways are better for chases. When you get 5 or six cops on you're tail, one screw-up and it means the end of the chase. When you do gte you're milestones, use the bus station to get away. You can get up the ramp and hide on the platform between the two ramps. It's a little more hidden tanh the buses which are outside.
