You should already have zombies unlocked if you have Xbox Live. But if you not capable of going online, then simply play through the campaign on easy, and within no time, you'll have zombies unlocked.

It should be on the multiplayer screen if you have Xbox live once your on it go to online and hit game mode and it should say Nazi zombies

IF you have xbox live then zombies should already be their but it doest work on German version
