Maybe you have to re sync the controllers?try cleaning the disc also helps

So basically you're playing not online correct? The answer is quite simple, Nazi Zombies is only two player offline on one console. So basically you can only play Zombies offline with you nd another person on one console. When you go online to play Zombies, it is four player, but only one person per console is allowed on. It's dumb since you can only play with another guy offline and by yourself online. Also, you can't system link two Box's together and play with four. Already tried it and it didn't work. Hope it helps
