If you mean the house in zombie mode unfortunately you can't get out of it you have to fire from the inside. But you have alot of good defense but good luck on firing from the house cause that would be alittle hard to kill them all from all directions. I hope this helps!!!

If it's the house on night of the living dead (nazi zombies) then sorry youre stuck inside
Youre also 'trapped' inside the asylum on zombie verdukt or whatever the new ones called

On the first two nazi zombie maps no you cannot get outside of the buildings but on the newest map yes you can get outside
