Achievment help

Can any one tell me all the locations of all the death cards, please? I think there is 13 of them. And how can you kill that General Amsel with a pistol? Any help will be appreciated.

Hmm how about a video? Http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uybShkmbOOM and for the general amsel, I have answered someones question to that same exact question guess I can repost it here for you.The gunslinger, I should have. But for some reason it didnt unlock when I killed him with a pistol. But what you do when you start getting sniped from that 4 story building. Once you jump through the window. Run up stairs. Get the pistol on the table. Run back behind the wall. Waste your bullets. Then once the Russian guy comes pull out your pistol and you should have 80 pistol bullets. You will need those. Then once your where you are going to assassinate the general. Take out his sniper, that is at the tank with him. After that. Pull your pistol out, and once you see him run for more cover. Shoot your pistol. This took me I would say 2 hours to do. If you doint succeed. Pull out a grenade and commit suicide
