What happens in the bad ending when you harvest more than two little sisters I been wanting to know because I got the good ending and didnt save.

When they offer you the city, you take it and then invade the surface world with splicers

With the help of the splicers, you also kill all the inhabitants of a passing subbmarine, with all the splicers coming up in bathospheres, then breaking out. They then kill all the people on the sub, and steal a nuclear missile 
... O wait thats bad :( you can find both the endings on youtube just type in bioshock good or bad ending.
