Without useing either amour-pierceing rounds,useing the rocket launcer or the electric buck

You can use the crossbow but you need it to be fully upgraded if you want it to kill the rosie in just a few hits and if you do use the flamming darts.You can also use insect swarm with a combonation of hacked turrets and tommy gun.Also you can use telecenises to pick up objects and throw it at him,I hear it does alot of damage when you use a corpse.

I normally use Heat-Seeking RPG's. Normally it kills them in two hits, and if I'm lucky one. Make sure you research them so you can do more damage to them, and get some Tonics in the process. That's how I kill them easily. And plus, the Crossbow is good too, like my friend said above me.

if you can hide hehind something while he is shooting and just use the incinerate plasmid alot that eventually kills him

when they step in water zap the shiz outta him, when he stops shooting unload as much ammo as possible, repeat till dead big daddy
