Biffed fire plasmid
I accidentaly aquired my fire plasmid before the telekenesis,so I was forced to trade it out.Now I need the fire plasmid but I don't know how to get another.Do I need to get more ADAMS and buy it from a G.G.? Or can I find it someplace else?

If you spliced the Fire plasmid then it would still be in your actual inventory even if you switched it out. All you have to do in that case is access a gene bank and you can re-equip your Fire plasmid and anything else that you want.
I guess if you would have sold it, I'm pretty sure you can't either way, then yes, you would have to go to the Gatherer's Garden and use more Adam to buy the new plasmid.

Find a Gene bank which is in the hall around Eternal Flame Cremotorium and Spartan 085 you can't sell them
