For people who want stuff from people, but die everytime they take it/steal it. I use these codes ( .- black ,-white )
Remember, pause the game, and highlight whichever one you want to restore
Health:.,... Hold a
Infinite health- same cheat but while holding A, press B
Fatigue: ..,,. Hold A
I don't bother much with magic though, so you gotta get it from someone else.

You can only do this if you are reasonably powerful and are good at taunting people... Well you have to have finished the tribunal main quest too ok go to the throne room... AND KILL EVERYBODY!!! But not all at once if you just attack someone outright you'll become a criminal and you'll have to kill all of those people at once and your bounty will go up until you get a death warrant so instead of doing that taunt everyone one at a time then when their all dead check the kings corpse and take his royal signet ring not only does it give you awesome resistances but it constantly restores yoyur health and fatiuge! Plus the captain of the guard has a pretty decent dai-katana on him but I like trueflame better

At seyda neen, go past the tiny bridge and go left, then more left, you will see a dead dudeon the ground. He has 200g in his pocket (Sweet) (Also, if you go underwater to the left, there will be an underwater cabin.

Restore health:press black, white, black, black, black in the stats menu

Restore fatigue: press black, black, white, white, black in the stats menu

Restore magicka: press black, white, white, black, white in the stats menu

You can also press the b button while your health or magicka or whatever is coming back to instantly make it come back every time you use one of them

#1. Restore fatigue: Go to your fatigue bar & press Black, black, white, white, black.
#2. Restore magica: Go to your majica bar & press black, white, white, black, white
#3. Steal things without being seen: go on a desk, or some type of platform, and jump. For the split second that you are stuck on the roof, you can steal something without being seen!

About that iscarian scroll of flight(or whatever it's called) if you have a spell called slow fall or it might be called something else, I don't remeber, but if you cast it before you fall you will float harmlessly slowly down to the ground.

Ok lets start with how to become a millionire, get 5000 gold exactly(its easier) then go the caldera and find the pup across from the blacksmith(should hav 2 orcs on the lower floor) go upstairs to the anoying scamp in the corner, trade with him...sell you're 5k for his 5k then sleep 24 hours and do it again(its faster if you take of the autosave function) do this for as long as you want ...just mutiply the amout of days pasted by 5000 to find how much you will get...when you are satisfied kill the little f***er and take the gold..u need a magic or silver wep to do it

Now that you hav money let become a god, go the the mages guild in sadrith mora and go down one floor to the imperial shrine and buy a fortifly attibute spell( personality, luck, strength etc.) then go the the guy in the corner room, go to the spell making function...o forgot a step but soultrap from a mage in the mages guild in balmora or sadrith mora, right now you might not hav enough magika or willpower to cast a 100-100 spell so make em 50-50...but put a fortify willpower 50..or 100 on self and soultrap on target and give it a random name...i use 0 cause it's easy to access it...then use the spell a few times to get you're willpower up to atleast 1500 then start make other fortify spells in the same manner

A neat thing about hav alot of personality is you get everything for free and can sell anything for all the merchants gold and alot of agility means you hit everything and never get hit :D ISNT THAT SO AWSOME!!??!!??!!

That trick works with almost everything....lik if you want a huge army of golden saints or dreadras or somthing you do that sept with summonings you hav to point straight at the ground as far as possible then cast the spell

After that you will hav alot of magika and what not...but the heath glich is alittle difficult to get too..after you talk to the the blades guy in balmora sleep for a few nights and eventurally a assaisin will attack you kill him and go straight to ebonheart and speek with the guy in shiny armor infront of the big castle in the back of the city..he'll suggest goin the mournhold the find the black hand group or somthing...go into the big castle and talk to the lady in the red robes to you're right...go to mournhold find the temple and talk to the lady in front of it...buy the fortify health spell and follow the same glich path as the one I just told you about

Now for the common cheats
Restore magika
Go to menu and highlight the magika thingy and press-
Black white white black white and hold A

Restore Life(not realy usefull if you fortify life) hightlight life bar press-
Black white black black white white and hold A

If you hold A then press B to leave the cheat will constantly refill you're bar until you re-enter the menu..and if you do it enough it will continue to even if you do re-enter the menu

Now then lets get our level to sky rocket
Find a trainer who offers training for one of you're major skills then go hav somone make a spell that drains the skill and make one lik this

Drain Heavy Armor 100 pts for 30 secs on self

Cast the spell and then hav him/her train you int that skill...u pay one gold everytime and you will go all the way to 100 and if you continue to do that you can get you're lvl to never stop growing cause even if you hav a full skill set you can still pull that trick and get a pt towards a new lvl

Now lets talk about armor
If you want bone armor...well you're and idiot ...bone armor SUCKS
If you want glass armor....sure y not go the the ghost gate and get som..u hav money so buy it...or kill everyone
If you want Ordinator armor go to vivic and kill an annoying guard.
If you wan HIGH Ordinator armor go to Mournhold and kill and annoying High Ordinatior
If you want rayol armor ...that obvious...kill a royal guard in Mourndhold
But if you want full daedric armor then you're a smart little cookie
For that you need a few things...one you need a disenigrate armor spell, a calm huminoid spell and soultrap, go get this spell made

Disenigrate armor 100 pts on touch
Calm humidnoid 100 pts for 120 secs on touch
Soultrap on target

Get you're sneak up to 100(make the pickpocketing easier)then go to Tel Fyr(west of Sadrith Mora) go up to the dude way in the top..o and while you're there go ahead and open that closet thats locked and trapped 100 and take the armor...its good s**t.....take the spell and cast it on him....ull need a ass load of magika to do this...the spell alone costs 998 magika...cast it on him alot and eventurally is armor then shoulder things then gloves then pants then boots will dissappear...where did they go? Well walk behind him and crouch down until the sneak symbol appears..slowly move towards him and click on his back and ..well would ya look at that all his armor is jus a sittin there...it may take a few times to get it all but you will eventually get it all off him...i recommend pickpocketing him everytime somthing dissappears

Then theres som speacial kind of imperial armor only found in one place...but it's not worth it...if you notice when you walk into the big castle in ebonheart theres a fat man in golden lookin armor on the bridge...if you feel the need piss him off by taunting him and let him attack first and kill him then loot his body..then dispose of it...u don't get in trouble if that attack you

WARNING!!!: IF U HAVE OVER 150 STRENGTH WHEN U HIT THE GIANT HEART AT THE END IT GETS DESTRYED, DO NOT OVER DO THE STRENGTH USE THE FEATHER AND SOULTRAP COMBO

This is kinda complicated but bear with me. I've done it and man does it work!!! O.k

1. Go to the fort near Balmora

2. Find the girl blocking the jail cells and buy a spell that drains a skill (ex. Drain Destruction)

3.after you got the spell go to the balmora mages guild and find a person that lets you make spells

4. Now Pay Attention: Make it DRAIN THE SKILL YOU WANT MAXED! Set to cast on: self, magnitude 100 to 100, duration 3 seconds

5. Buy the spell

6. Find someone that trains the skill you chose ( it doesnt have to be a master trainer)

7. Cast the spell you made, then talk to the trainer and click training

8. The skill you want is now 1gold! (NOTE: it will give the message saying it increased to 0 but it didnt, it upped the level by 1!)

9. Keep casting the spell and asking for training and you'll be high lvl in no time!

Ok, turn of your health cheat, like I said in the last cheat I posted. Highlite health on menu, and press, black wight black black black, hold a and wile holen it, press b. Now go to balm,ora and go to mages giuld. Become a member. Now andthing in the chests you can take for free. 5they wont care. Mopst items in chests are like scrolls and things. They are expensive. Sell them to the lady that buys 'em. Now go upstairs to the lady with the pressios soul gems behind her. Take 'em. Take em all. She will cast spells, but your cheat will make them almoist uneffectent. Don't worrey. If you get expelled, just go to vivic, and go to mages giuls. Sleep for two weeks, (in game) and talk this guy that I can't remember, and he should let you back in

I know, I know. This one is obviuse but it realy works if you have good medium armor skills.

Ok turn on your health restore cheat. Go to menu and highlight health. Press black wight black black black. Hold A and wile holding it press B.
Now do no go to menu again. Or the cheat will turn off. Go to the place that starts with C and is neer vivic, sorry forgot the name. Go to the armoror and make sure you still got the cheat enabled. Go in the armoror and take anything you want from hi on the shelves. You don't even have to sneak. you can do this to any one, but be carfull. Armorers have big wepons. The guy in the "C" place, has a larg warhammer. Most on the armor he has is mediom. But some it hevy. If you have higher light armor skills, then just sell 'em.

First you need fortify attribute and soul trap
1. Go to the balmora mage's guild and talk to the spellmaking person
2. Go to Fortify Attribute and put it to Self and magnitude 100 to 100 (leave everything else the same)then press X
3.go to soultrap and put it to target but leave everything else the same
4. Check if you've got it right by making sure the cost comes to 107 gold
5. Then buy the spell equip it then use
6. Every time you use it the attribute goes up by 100

I've got 1000 of every thing but you go a bit to fast about the speed of sound

On an island just south of Mzahnch ruins is a mudcrab merchant. He is able to barter for weapons up to 10,000 gold pieces.
Before attacking any mudcrabs in this area it is a good idea to press A to see if this is the merchant mudcrab.

While in the game, press B to bring up the menus.
Highlight Magicka, then press BLACK-WHITE-WHITE-BLACK-WHITE.
Then press A and hold until Magicka meter is full.

While in the game press B to bring up the menus. Highlight fatigue then press BLACK-BLACK-WHITE-WHITE-BLACK. Then press A and hold until fatigue meter is full.

The following works with the health, magic, and fatigue cheats.
Type in the cheat, as these cheats are very easy to find, you should know to press "A" after the code to make it go up, right before it hits the top, press "B" and it will keep going up, mind you you have to be fast or it won't work, you can onley do it while the bar is highlighted, swich menus or take the highlight off the bar it will stop going up and you will have to redo.

First, go to seyda neen.then go to the front of the town where the road signs are.there should be a very small bridge that almost seems to go over a puddle!there should be a dirt trail.keep following the trail until you see a book in the middle of the road.walk up to it, and you should hear a loud scream.in a few seconds, some guy will hit the ground right in front of you.check his body, and take the three scrolls of icarian flight.equip one, use it, and jump, and you will go flying!!BE WARNED!!!!!UNLESS YOU LAND IN THE OCEAN, YOU WILL DIE WHEN YOU HIT THE GROUND!!!!!!BE CAREFUL!!

Health cheat:
Pause game and go to stats screen highlight health then press BLACK, WHITE, BLACK, BLACK,BLACK and then press B if you want Ifinite health do the cheat again but hold A and press B

When your almost out of fatuge go too your screnn that shows the heath bar and stuff! Highlight the fatige bar and press black,white black,black i hore your happy now

Ok heres how theres only about 1 easy place to go to to get it
Make sure you have at least a lv 50 skill in personality...........
Ok?
Then go to balmora............
And find the entrance to balmora
Keep running till you get to the road that splitts
Look at the sign
And then take the road that says pelgiad ok?
Then you keep walking till you get to another section where the road splitts again
Then you take the road that leads to ghostgate
When you get to ghost gate go to the door all the way to the left
And search for a room with a smith (hes the one with the cool armor on the shelves)
Then barter to see his armor ok?
Hmmmmmmmmm well what do ya know?
A little expensive
How will you get that stuff!!!!!!!!!!
Well I know
Make shure you have enough money to get the legs though
(if you don't, do what I said in the hint I made for this game on this website)
Then you buy the legs
And then you taunt the guy
Keep doing this till he keeps saying "your pathetic"
Then you bribe 10 gold
And taunt again
Then bribe 10gold again
Then bribe 100gold
And taunt about five or 10 more times
If it don't work by then
Bribe 1000gold
(its cheap that you can't bribe more................)
And keep bribing by the thousands and taunting
Till he attacks you
Make sure theres no gaurds in the room though
Since he attacks you first you wont get arrested or fined for killing him
After hes dead go take the glass weps off of the shelf and search the crates too
And you wont find glass legs anywhere
Good thing you bought them huh?

After you do each of these a while it will start restoring it for you so you do not have to keep putting it in....
