I live at club rubb following the movie star job and I am trying to get married but the problem is that when I purpose to Woody (he's at 100%) he say no or some excuse.Also can you get married in free play. Please help (by the way I'm playing as a women).

RE: Sims Bustin Out (marry Woody). I'm glad to hear you're playing as a woman.....wanting to marry Woody. (LOL).
I wish I knew exactly what the malfunction is but whenever I COULD NOT get married, it was because the sim I proposd to was:
1.) Not happy.
2.) Hungry.
3.) Needed to go to bathroom.
4.) Has a BAD relationship with me (my Sim).
5.) I am already married to (2) other Sims.

To fix this:
1.) Dance or watch TV with your lover-Sim. Dance @ Club Rubb.
2.) Feed the Sim.
3.) Let them pee.
4.) Try & up that relationship. If they don't like you, they won't marry you. 5.) Get divorced from at least (1) Sim. The ONLY way I've found a divorce is via plant-homicide. May not be the only way.

Make a Venus fly trap. It's the incubator found at the Goth house.
Feed the Venus fly trap garbage until it grows up big-n-strong.
Have your husband/wife feed the plant AFTER it's big. Sometimes (I don't know how or when) the plant will gobble on the Sims head and spit them out OR eat them whole. Viola, (French) you are now single again. Hope this was of some help. TeemByrd!

1)Make sure you know him 100%
2)Use the phone and call Woody
3)Before he comes, prepare a meal or order pizza
4)When he gets there, let him sit down and eat
5)When he finishes eating, wait for him to go to the toilet
6)While he is on the toilet, sit down and watch TV
7)When he gets out, ask him to join you.
8)Watch TV with him for a couple of hours(Sim hours that is)
9)Stop watching TV and get up
10)Click on him and choose the option "Propose..."

Since you have let him do all those things he should say yes...
